Chocolate frosting experiments
Chocolate on vanilla and chocolate on chocolate cupcakes. Not as gorgeous in reality as they were in my mind, but I was experimenting with the frosting. Next time will be the real thing...

the ones without the cupcake wrapper were delicious but difficult / inconvenient to eat because you would get your hands dirty. in retrospect i probably should have used a fork and a plate, instead of trying to use my hands. user error =) -- cake was moist and the chocolate flavor was excellent.

Had a no-wrapper one myself, sadly before I ready Garry's comment. I too was left with happy mouth and chocolate fingers. I particularly liked the chocolate flavor of the frosting, but there was something that reminded me of crisco about it in the aftertaste.
