I followed a recipe for bavarian cream and added mango, but I think it's really a mousse.

The strawberry cake was a little too sweet, and the flavor of the strawberries were a bit overpowered. The cake portion of it was very well done, however.
The Bavarian was very light-- almost to the point of bland, and could use a little bit more flavor in the mousse section. Texture was excellent, however, and I liked the flavor that was there. The cake portion of it was a bit dry.
Very tasty though-- I was a very big fan of the Bavarian.

We cannot tell you henough, how much we enjoy and look forward to your cakes at Garry's Office. I only had a piece of the Bavarian today. It was light, the texture and weight seemed perfect, the taste was a little bland though. It seamed like a basic cream cake, I couldn't tell if there was supposed to be more flavor or not. I hate to give you a comment that is not great but I'm sorry, this cake just wasn't one I enjoyed. I would suggest more flavor of some kind.
