I love cream puffs (filled with pastry cream) and profiteroles (filled with ice cream). Turns out they're surprisingly easy to make! Half of these are dipped in chocolate, and all are filled with pastry cream. If you want them with ice cream, you'll have to come over for dessert at our place!

  • I remember the cream puffs I used to get from Costco that I'd stick in the freezer to eat as profiteroles and they were the best things ever. These, well these top those. Can you make them everyday? I have never encountered a more perfect creampuff, even if they exploded on my shoe, the carpet, and Joel.
